Shipping

At CLADEX, we aim to deliver your medical scrubs as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are processed with care to ensure you receive premium-quality products on time.

Order Processing Time

All orders will be packed and shipped within 3–5 working days
(Monday–Friday, excluding weekends & public holidays).

During peak seasons, sales periods, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended — but we will always work to get your order out as fast as possible.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on your location and courier service.
Typical delivery estimates:

  • West Malaysia: 3–5 working days

  • East Malaysia: 5–7 working days

  • Singapore: 5–10 working days

  • International Orders: 7–21 working days (varies by country)

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected courier service.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Please allow the courier 24 hours to update the tracking status.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure all delivery details are correct before submitting your order.
If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at [cladex.medscrub@gmail.com] — changes may not be possible once the order is processed.

CLADEX is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Pre-Order Items

If your order contains pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together when the pre-order item becomes available.
If you need the ready-stock items first, kindly place them in separate orders.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will assist in arranging a claim with the courier.
Replacement or compensation will follow the courier’s investigation outcome.
